Come Visit me at View from the Fridge!

Hi friends! It is definitely summer in our neck of the woods, how about you? I have been feverishly working on transforming my kitchen for the last week. You can see some of the progress here if you missed it.

Today I am hanging out at View from the Fridge. My friend Katie just gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby boy and since we like to help each other out here in blogland, I am sharing  a post with her readers, so she can be where she needs to be! I’m sharing the how-to on this baby quilt:

Receiving Blanket Quilt 36

Make a Baby Quilt from Receiving Blankets!

Perfect timing, right? I made it for my neighbor. Guess what it’s made out of? You’ll have to go see!

Check it out here!

I’ll be back tomorrow to share my Pottery Barn knock-off for our Get Your DIY on themed party coming up Sunday. Our theme is knock-offs 🙂

  3. Genius!! When my kids were babies, the receiving blankets were blah and boring. I had no idea they’d come this far. I love this idea. 🙂 Now I gotta get me a baby somewhere….
