Hey there, amazing Friends!! I’m so glad you stopped by today! I have gathered all 31 of my March Madness thrifty makeovers in one place. I thought it would be fun to look back at all the fun transformations. Although I included the ugly before photos of the previous makeovers daily at the bottom of each post, the pretty after photos are so much nicer to look at, wouldn’t you agree?
Here ya go…from first to final…enjoy!

Thank you for putting them all together into one post. My favorite post was the bird house lamps. Sad to see March go though as I really enjoyed them every d ay with my first cup of coffee each morning. Thanks for the great inspiration, you ROCK!!

Thank you, Mary! I’m so glad you enjoyed it!! The birdhouse lamps were definitely a night and day makeover…I loved them too. 🙂

Hi Christy, I just loved your 2015 March makeovers. The whole month I waited every day for your email. I have been so inspired by your creativity.
What was even better? You did it again this year!! What was the best? The transition of picture frames to bulletin boards and trays [ so clever] or the bed head and base seats [ brilliant]. I live in Tasmania which is the island state of Australia and there is nothing I like better than to trawl around junk shops with my ‘Christy colored’ glasses on …. looking looking and looking. Thanks I think you are brilliant. Best Regards Kate

You are so sweet, Kate, and I love that you were inspired!! Ha ha “Christy colored glasses” that is so funny! My Dad was born and raised in Sydney and we lived on the Northwest Cape for a few years when I was younger. Take care! XO

All beautiful, all creative, you never cease to amaze me! Wish I had the “eye” to look at pieces and be able to “imagine” them like you do. My Fav? That Rooster/Chicken lamp! Just awesome…..
Christy K. James says
Thank you so much, Shirley!! That rooster lamp was a great save…my Mom was just thrilled to pieces with it! XO

Christy, you are so inspiring! I know I’ve said that before, but I can’t stop saying it! I have pinned so many of your creations to my Pinterest board for further reference.
I finally sold my little side table and now I have a few small pieces I’m going to paint with ideas from your pieces. An idea from one and an idea from another and they will work together well, at least I hope so!
You are one talented young lady! I love seeing what you are up to next!
Christy K. James says
I wish I could come right through the computer and give you a great big hug!! Thank you, Maryjean and good luck on your new projects! XOXO
