Hello lovely people! Today I’m hanging out at the NY Family Melrose Blog sharing a fun ornament idea. For our Halloween display I purchased a case of mason jars to put tea lights in, and knew I’d eventually come up with a use for all the leftover lids…how about snowman ornaments?
UPDATE: I shared these on my own blog recently! Visit here for the full tutorial!
I’ll be back to tomorrow with a great idea to make your home more inviting for the holidays!
Have a great day!

I’m going to make these with my 6th grade homeroom tomorrow. We are on a testing schedule and they’ll be with me for a chunk of time after testing is over. I thought this would be a fun way to keep them busy! We are using felt instead of chenille bedspread scraps and I’m letting them choose between painting the face or making it out of felt. I’ll have to take a few picture to share with you!

Oh that’s so awesome, Paula! Please let me know how they turn out! 🙂
