Dated Dresser Makeover

Hi awesome friends!! I'm back today with my Trash-to-Treasure Tuesday girls, my favorite! I have a good makeover for you today. I found this dresser at the Salvation Army a few Saturdays ago when all of their furniture was 50% off: I ended up still paying $45 for it, but it was in excellent condition, just a bit dated. I decided to give it a more feminine feel: Much more girly, eh? I used a 50/50 mix of French Linen (Annie Sloan) and Pure White for the stripes. It has … [Read more...]

Simple Side Table Makeover

Welcome, amazing Friends! Can you believe it's the last day of May already?? Where did the month go? Today I'm sharing a petite side table I found at an estate sale TWO YEARS ago. It was really quite beat up when I found … [Read more...]

Black & White Dressing Table

I've been riding around with it in the back of my car because my garage is SO full, ya'll! I really need to get out there and straighten it up. Why does being  creative have to be so messy? When I was deciding on what piece of furniture to use for this month's theme, this had to be the one! This month's theme is "black". You … [Read more...]

28 Farmhouse Furniture Ideas {with Hometalk!}

Hey there Friends! You know I love a good furniture makeover, right? One of my favorite furniture makeovers of mine is this hutch: The reason I love this hutch so much is not the color I chose, or the hardware I added, or how I styled it. It is the timeless farmhouse feel of it. That and the fact that I rescued it from the back of a shed at an estate sale. It was covered in grease and grime, and I loved it back to life. There may or may not have been a few four-letter words fly out of my … [Read more...]
