Wow! Just wow! Please tell me your secret. How do you get so many post and projects done and do everything else? Do you sleep? Have a clone?
Fantastic work, Christy! 😀
Christy K. James says
Wouldn’t it be awesome to have a clone you could put to work?? I had a lot of these projects done before March Madness which really helped! Writing a post every day also helped me to hone my post writing. It used to take me forever to write a post! XO
Lori says
Hi Christy, I so enjoyed the makeovers and was actually excited to open my email every day to see what you did next. I literally would open yours first! haha I really missed it yesterday so I think you spoiled all of us. I think I am having withdrawals now. lol Thank you for sharing your beautiful pieces with us. You have inspired me (and others I am sure). Have a great day!

Only one thing….I liked Woody in the cradle…NOT the bear!!!

Christy K. James says
Thanks so much, Addie! Ha ha Woody slept like a baby in that cradle 🙂
Addie says
oopppps!! I was tired….I now see that I’ve spelled “you’ve” wrong AND put
” here” when it should have been “hear”!!!! I hope Woody is back!!!!

Wow!! What a bunch of neglected thrift-store-stuff-turned-absolutely-gorgeous! I don’t know which is my favorite! They’re all beautiful, Christy! Happy Easter! xo

Thanks, Kendra! Looking at all the before pictures, it really does look like a bunch of junk ha ha! Happy Easter to you too. 🙂
Tina Matteson says
I totally agree!!! None of it seems worthy of a second look in the before photos, and then you made them all into items I feel I HAVE to have…! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.

Christy K. James says
Wish I would have kept one for me! 🙂
Karen Konczyk says
I was checking out your ottoman .. Can’t find how you did it 🙁
Is it here on your site?
Thanks!
Christy K. James says
Hi Karen, I’m not sure what you might be referring to as I don’t own an ottoman. Maybe you can give me more detail so I can be of more help.
Karen Konczyk says
Sorry,
It’s the blue and white one. Had the sign above the couch
This is the promise He made
He will be with you always
In the wall makeover email 🙂
Christy K. James says
Oh Ok…that is another blogger’s sign I was featuring. I did find info about her ottoman though. She purchased it at Havertys. You can read more about it on her blog here: http://www.littlebitsofhome.com/2014/05/living-room-makeover-furniture-edition.html Glad we were able to solve that mystery lol. 🙂
Karen Konczyk says
Awww! Thank you so much for going through all that trouble.
I just trash picked a nice ottoman but was thinking of recovering it anyway.
Thanks and have a great day!
Christy K. James says
Oh no problem at all…and what a lucky find! Good luck with it. 🙂
