Y’all, I did it! I was able to get my BRAND NEW HAUL photographed and ready to share today! Hello, beautiful friends! Our holiday weekend was pretty soggy here, but there was a break in the weather early Sunday morning, and I was able to pull everything out. This is quite the chore, so I was so glad to get it done! But why do I ALWAYS think I don’t have enough?? My last haul was 50 pieces, and guess what?? I have 50 more!!
Grab a snack and let’s jump right in!
Here is everything included in this new haul:

How do I unknowingly accumulate so much?? I always think I need more.
I have been selling lots of furniture lately, so I really wanted to find more furniture pieces. It was slow going at first, but as you can see I found some fantastic pieces!
This haul is a mix of thrift store finds, yard sale finds, an estate sale find, one thing from my antique mall, and I even have some things from one of my sweet local readers! I’m going to try to go in order of when I found things.
Here we go!
I’ll start with three chairs since that is what I found first!
Let’s start with this one that I found at the antique mall where I have my booth. It was only $10:

This next one was my only estate sale find. It was marked $15 but was 50% off:

After doing some freshening up of my parents’ back patio, I stopped by the thrift store by their house and was rewarded with this beautiful chair for only $9.99:

I also found this tray along with that chair, for 20% off of $5.99:

I love that they always have decent items marked down at that store!
The next day, I planned a whole day out, starting at the Habitat Restore where I can usually find furniture, but I only left with this pretty mirror for $9.99:

And a lone cabinet door for $1.99:

On my next stop, I found this wire holder thingy for $9.99 that had just been brought out:

As well as this shelf that had also just made it to the floor for $7.99:

(The Goodwill rolls wire racks to the floor with new items, so when you hear those racks coming, you know good stuff is likely on the way out!)
I also found this small basket for $2.99:

I always love a basket!
On the net stop, I found this small basket for $4.99:

I also got this hat box. This was something I had considered buying when it was half off, but I left it behind:

This was the following Monday, and on Mondays at Goodwill, all items that were half of the previous week are now a dollar, so I got this for only one dollar!
I also got this sign for $3.99:

And this arrow sign for $9.99:

At that same store, I also found this sturdy table for only $12.99:

As well as this telephone table for just $19.99:

Although the tag read “stand seat” lol. I’ve never redone one of these, so that was a fun find!
I picked up a few photo frames on my next stop.
I found this larger, ornate one for $3.99

I loved that one!
This one I paid $1.99 for:

And this one was $3.99:

These are quick do-ups, and they are great for staging in my booth.
That store is way overpriced on their furniture these days, but I did pick up this lamp for half of $5.99:

Great deal on that!
And I also found the larger of these two cutting boards for half of $2.99:

The other one was $2.99 at another Goodwill. They have recently started using those larger tags.
I also found this cool piece for $9.99 on that stop:

Another day that week, I stopped in at two Goodwills and found a few things.
I found this cute lamp for $7.99 that had just been put out:

And also this lamp that was $9.99:

It’s hard to see, but the post is covered in flowers!
I also picked up this rustic angel for $3.99:

And this old school chalkboard for $3.99 as well:

I found those at the Goodwill near my house. At the other one I visited, I got this shelf thing that I thought I might be able to do something with for $5.99:

I picked up this tile thing as well for $3.99:

I went yard saling that weekend and found several items!
I found this pretty frame for $4:

I also found this much smaller one at a yard sale for only a dollar:

As well as this one that was also only a dollar:

And this smaller photo frame for $3 at yet another yard sale:

This bench was af good find for only $10:

And at the same yard sale, this coffee table for $15:

That was a bargain!
The last thing I found that morning, were these candle holders for $3 for the set:

So far, I only had small furniture pieces, so early last week, I made the trek to one of my favorite stores about thirty minutes away and found this huge hutch for only $49:

Usually, I have really good luck with furniture at that store, but that was all I found on that stop.
I redid one almost identical to this one HERE.
It was early in the day, so I unloaded this and headed back out to another store that was about the same distance in the opposite direction and found another hutch!
This one was originally $74.97:

But it was marked down to $49 also! I actually don’t mind the red, but this was spray painted on and the finish isn’t great in person.
I redid one very similar to this one many years ago HERE.
At that same store, I also picked up this dressing table set that had been marked down from $49.94 to $34.93:

I can’t wait to have fun with that one! It appears that the table is hand built, much like this one HERE that I found at the same store a couple of years ago!
While there were some great furniture deals, their smaller items are pretty pricey.
At this point, I was thinking that if I could find just a couple more smalls and maybe two dressers, I would be all set!
I then had one of my lovely local readers reach out Wednesday to ask if I would be interested in this set for $100:

Absolutely! As you can see, I did get them but I almost called to decline them! She was headed out of town, so we agreed that I would pick them up on Friday.
BUT, on Thursday, I happened into the Goodwill near my Dr’s office after my yearly appointment and guess what I found??
TWO fabulous pieces!!
I walked in and went straight back to where the furniture usually is and found this Empire gem for only $25.99!!

It looks like a hot mess here, and it truly is, but these timeworn pieces are my favorite to work on!
I also found this mirror for $9.99:

And I also found this frame for $6.99:

But THEN, as I was heading back towards the front I spied this beauty that I shared on my Facebook page:

It was $49.99. Sold! How pretty is that one??
Then, on the way home, I found this fabulous mirror that was $19.99 and 25% off at another store:

It was at about this point that I was thinking I didn’t really need that dresser and nightstand set that had been offered to me for $100. She was about forty minutes away, and my garage was getting quite full, but I decided I couldn’t pass up a matching set!
She also threw in this cool silver plated serving piece:

And this silver plated tray as well:

Totally worth the drive! (Thank you, Diana! It was lovely to meet you!)
This clock I found for $9.99 ages ago has just been hanging around the garage. I thought I would take it to the shop as is, but it really could use a redo!

I also have this cherub shelf I found earlier in the year that has been hanging around the garage for a bit:

That was $4.99.
And finally, I have two of these tables left that my dad built back in the day when we did craft markets. You can see one I redid HERE about a decade ago.
I assembled one of the two I have an added it to this haul:

This one was FREE!
And that’s my brand new Summer Haul of 2026!

Hopefully, I didn’t forget anything!
I’ll be starting off this new haul with my Furniture Fixer Upper gals sharing this super needy dresser on Thursday:

It is most definitely a fixer upper lol!
UPDATE: No need to come back…see how I loved this dresser back to life HERE!

I adore the chest drayer you’re going to do for next thursday. They are always a Wow after they have been change and i’m confident that this is just what you’re going to do. And the price was a steel. Caty, the french girl from Montréal.
Christy says
Thank you so much, Caty! That was such a great deal on that dresser. I hope I do it proud! 🩷
Deb says
You have some great pieces to work on this summer. I was just curious when you price something for your booth,
how long do you keep it before you decide to reduce the price? Does it depend on how much money you have invested including your time and materials or do you give it so many weeks to sell.
You have some really nice furniture this haul and I can’t wait to see what you do with it.
Christy says
Thank you, Deb! I don’t have a set timeframe to wait before reducing the price on something. If I really love it and think it’s worth that price, I’ll hold firm. Sometimes, it just takes the right buyer to come along. That said, I have the space now to hold on to things a bit longer. When my space was smaller, I needed items to move more quickly! XOXO
CJ Love says
My favorite was the $49 red cabinet. That was an amazing find.
Christy says
Yes! I love that one too! XOXO

Caye says
OMGosh Christy. That’s quite a haul. How did you manage to get that huge hutch home and then get it into your garage? I’m excited for all your pieces and glad to know that furniture is selling well for you right now.
I’ll be interested to see what you do with the arrow thing and the hat box.
This is going to be such fun! 🙂
Christy says
It sure is! The hutch is in two pieces, and we were able to lay the top on top
of the base with a blanket between. Gravity and a dolly helped me unload it lol. I love both of those pieces….especially the arrow thingy! Thanks, Caye!! XOXO

So many great things you found and it seems like you got them for a tad less than in previous times. I really like the dresser that looks like a really old short wardrobe. I can’t wait to see the lamp with the flowers on the long part. I hope you had some help unloading all that bounty!

Christy says
That was such a fantastic find, until I got it home and realized it is missing two drawers lol. I’ll have to find a fix for that! XOXO
Jeanne says
Of course I’ll be excited for all but I loved the seahorse lamp and the cool toy frame. Can’t wait for Thursday too! Oops, that’s today. Yay! You need to plan a trip to NH next Memorial Day for the best yard sale ever!
Christy says
Isn’t that frame so cute? Not sure how I’ll redo it, but I couldn’t pass it up, and I love that seahorse lamp too! The Best yard sale ever? I’m intrigued! I traveled the worlds longest yard sale from Michigan, I think Ohio, through Kentucky, Tennessee, etc many years ago. That was awesome! XOXO
