Hello lovelies, and happy September!! I’m popping in on a Friday to share a little transfer inspiration with a few of my most recent transfer transformations!
I rounded up my favorite furniture and non furniture transfer projects earlier in the summer, but these were done after. I’ve included those other two fun round-ups at the bottom!
Enjoy!
$6 Mini Wall Cabinet Makeover
I shared this cabinet in July as a Trash-to-Treasure Tuesday makeover:
That cabinet was $6 at the thrift store, and to bring this one to life, I used the Maison de Paris transfer:
The inside got some of the same transfer:

Easily Paint a Silver Tray
This tray was a gorgeous $10 yard sale find:
I had fun with this one using two different transfers:
I used the Somewhere in France transfer and the White Magnolia transfer, two of my favorites!
See more of this one HERE.
Painting the Smalls #22
I used three different transfers on a smalls post in July.
The first is another silver tray I picked up for $4 at the thrift store:
I used one of the Classic Vintage Labels mini transfers on this one:
That transfer set has 26 mini transfers so you can redo a ton of smalls with just one set…
I also redid this set of prints with that smalls post:
They were also thrift store finds I found for $4 each, and I used the Toile transfer as new art for them!
This is the final mini makeover from that post…this lamp I found for $8 at a yard sale:
I didn’t love that shade for it and found one that fit better in my stash, but it was so plain.
I was able to create a much more unique shade by adding the Antique Damask transfer to it:
See any of these three smalls makeovers HERE.
Upcycled Tea Box
Then, I shared the makeover of this tea box at the end of July:
It was a $4 thrift store find.
It got a splash of color and the addition of two transfers!
I used the Bright Meadow transfer and the new Perfume Notes transfer:
See the full makeover HERE.
The Cosmic Roses Dresser and Nightstand Set
And most recently, I shared this $50 dresser and nightstand set:
I used the gorgeous Cosmic Roses transfer to completely transform this set!
See more of this set HERE.

You use them VERY artististically! I love looking back at all the beautiful things you have made beautiful with these tranfers! Have a great holiday weekend my friend!

I agree! You are an artist, transfers or not! Your sense of colour and attention to detail is second to none! I look forward to each of your creations and I am never disappointed by what you can do!
I did read your post about your graft surgery and I have to say that I can COMPLETELY relate! I had my first set of grafts at age 31 (20 years ago). There was no sedation and it was the most horrible experience during and after. The surgery took almost 2 hours and I was awake the whole time — so brutal. And talk an about a painful recovery. When my dentist told me a couple of years ago that I had to get more grafts (apparently, I am blessed with genetically thin gums), I avoided the referral and multiple calls from the surgeon for almost a year. I told my dentist that I’d rather go through childbirth again than get another graft surgery. I finally relented and they promised that techniques had improved. Honestly, the surgery was much better under sedation, but the recovery is definitely not straightforward. It’s been 5 years now since the last one and now they’re referring me for one small graft. Argh! I feel your suffering, Christy. I’m glad it’s over for you! Enjoy the holiday weekend!
I wish you could ship to Canada as I’d love to try some of your products! ☺️ But I will continue to admire from afar!

Aww I appreciate that so much, Anita, thank you!! Gum graft surgery is absolutely the worst! I was awake also and while it is painless, it is still uncomfortable. I had a few areas that needed it, but four teeth in two areas were really necessary. My periodontist said I could do it in one visit or two, and of course brave me told him I could handle it in one visit. He seemed to working in an area of my mouth that he hadn’t mentioned but at the time, I couldn’t tell exactly. Come to find out, he had enough graft tissue from my palate to do three other teeth that needed it, so I had seven teeth done. I am really grateful he went ahead and did that! I am on day 10 and finally, yesterday was the turning point. Glad to have someone to commiserate with ha ha! And I wish I could ship to my Canadian friends as well! XOXO
