Hello, creative friends, and thank you for the love on my handmade dolls on Thursday! What a blast from the past, right? This weekend kept me busy working on the antique armoire I’m sharing on Thursday, so today, I’ve got a fantastic round up of 21 thrifty makeovers!

I’ll start with a personal favorite, this frame that was made so much prettier by adding this gorgeous Salon de Diane transfer:

Such a great way to update a frame, and I am still a sucker for a chalkboard! I reshare this one often because I just love the shabby chic vibe!

This next makeover was pretty simple, but adding a fun finishing touch with the Lysandra Mould and the Romance en Fleur mini luxe transfers to the handle added some whimsy:

Next up is this antique armoire that needed some serious love!

I just love the yellows in this Sunlit Serenade transfer against the super tranquil Savannah Mist…

I also added this Elaborate Finery Decor Poly from Redesign to the top of this armoire:

It looks like it had always been a part of this antique piece! These Decor Poly pieces are so detailed!

I have really enjoyed using decoupage papers lately. This Soft Veil Decoupage Paper is a favorite that I have used on several pieces now, including this pretty box I shared in November:

At number four is this box that got a framed piece from the Rare Birds transfer:

I love to frame transfers as art as well as you’ve seen me do many times! I did that here with the Greenery Grace transfer:

I love to frame decoupage papers as well! Some papers are just so pretty that they make fantastic art!

This is the Retro Rose Ride decoupage paper from Redesign. So fun and this sold almost right away!

I also got this “art” from a decoupage paper as well:

This is from the Dreamy Bunnies decoupage set of three. Again, great for Easter or sweet all spring and would also be adorable in a nursery!!

Decoupage paper was also the star of the show on this cabinet I redid in February:

This is the Sapphire Wings decoupage paper and comes with three large images including this one!

I often share this desk in these round ups because I just love it as well as the transfer I used so much!

This is the Pretty in Blue transfer, and it really brought this simple white desk to life! The design on this one allowed me to be able to cut it apart and use the pieces exactly where I wanted.

The gold embellishments I used were taken from the Queen’s Glory transfer.

I also use the Queen’s Glory transfer on this suitcase I worked a miracle on lol:

It really gave it an elegant look! A gold transfer like this would add an elegant touch to just about anything!

How about this shimmery gold foil Eglantine Elegance transfer I added to this night table??

 

This transfer took this simple $10 night table to the top of its game.

Here’s an oldie but goodie! This enamel tea kettle was a hot mess to start, but I bought it anyway and fixed it right up…

It was brought to life with the Botanical Paradise transfer which has a bunch of floral stems you can arrange any way you like. Who knew this could turn out so cute!

This lingerie chest was one of my favorite makeovers last year, and the Lavish Swirls Mould are part of what really elevated this piece!

This floral beauty was such a simple redo thanks to the White Magnolia transfer:

I only used a tiny portion of the pieces of this one on this box!

This next one is an oldie from 2022, but this transfer still does it for me!

This is the Blossom Botanica transfer and it comes with a ton of pieces you can use any way you like!

I love to embellish mirror frames with transfers as well. A simple paint job wasn’t quite enough, but the addition of this pretty  Spring Serenade transfer and some hooks really brought this mirror to life!

This next one is s super sweet throwback using the Hello Baby transfer:

The butterflies are from the Papillon Collection transfer and are a sweet pairing! Here’s the back:

The adorable bunny from this night table is also from the Hello Baby transfer as are the flowers:

The inside of this jewelry box was made beautiful with this gorgeous floral My Garden Whimsy decoupage paper:

The front and top were embellished with the Golden Serenade transfer…

This next piece was such a fun one! Adding a little something to the back of it really made it!

For this shelf I used a combination of two transfers, Vintage Script Mastery and Creamy Blush Blooms to dress it up.

This wooden tote was pretty rough, but decoupage paper gave it a softness it never knew it could have!

Covering the outside with this Rosy Reverie decoupage paper did wonders!

I also used the  SOHO Fusion mould on either end as fancy back plates for my knobs (this one was highlighted in gray wax.):

That mould was made for that purpose and comes with several design options!

I also like to use the Josephine Mould as a back plate for knobs, like I did on this cabinet that lives in my office:

I use Amazing Casting Resin in my moulds, and it is super user friendly!

This next one is more recent, a console table that I got for a great deal!

The Chirping Charm transfer is so sweet on this one!

At number 2o is this tray that had the worst faux finish I had ever seen. I don’t even know what the finish was supposed to be…faux house fire chic?

The Tender Tones decoupage paper helped turn it into something beautiful!

And finally, at number 21, is the mermaid box!

This stunning Mystic Waves decoupage paper had sold out when I shared this box, but it is back in stock!

I was bummed when you could no longer tell she was a mermaid after doing the top, but then I had an aha moment and decided to put the rest of her in the drawer!

There are so many transfers, decoupage papers, etc to choose from that I can’t possibly use them all, but hopefully, this provided some ideas for fun ways to create with these items, and multiple ways to use them all!
